Dear Ken,

As a long time retailer (now retired), I have been brought up to believe that, "If it sounds too good to be true it probably is". Given that caveat I must admit that I approached the purchase of my new Audemars Piguet Perpetual Calendar by long distance telephone with some reservations. After all, this was a major purchase with a firm that I had never done business with before and whose introduction was through a Wall Street Journal advertisement!

But then, I had never dealt with anyone like Ken Marcus before. I never felt pressured in any way. I had plenty of time to research your comments and suggestions and felt really good about the purchase when I finally called to place the order. I received great value on what I hope will become a family heirloom.

To say that I am pleased would be an understatement. The only way that I can reciprocate is to offer the use of my name and testimonial as a very satisfied customer and newfound friend. Thanks again for your personal time and effort.

Sincerely yours,
